I. General Information

Advanced Computer Technology (ACT), (henceforth the Provider) with offices at, Luis Muñoz Rivera Avenue #1058, 5th floor in San Juan, Puerto Rico telephone 756-5620 756-5150 and fax 756-5150, being a corporation organized under the law of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and inscribed in the State Department of Puerto Rico with number 86557.

II. About the Contract

Anyone accessing the web-site, henceforth known as User, expressly agrees to having read, understood and accepted the total of the legal documentation provided therein.

 

III. The Web-site and Responsibility

The Provider declines all responsibility derived from the information published on its web-site if this has been altered or entered by third parties.

The web-site has been reviewed and tested to function correctly. In principal, the site is guaranteed to function correctly 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  However, the Provider cannot dismiss the possibility that there are certain programming errors, natural events or circumstances beyond its control which make access to the site impossible.

 

IV. Intellectual Property

The entire web-site, including but not limited to the programming, editing, compilation and other necessary elements, designs, logos, text and/or graphics are protected by intellectual and industrial copyrights. The reproduction, exploitation, distribution and commercialization, in whole or in part, of the contents of this web-site is strictly prohibited without the written permission of the Provider.

The Logos of third parties which may appear on the web-site are the property of their respective companies and any dispute in this regard should be directed to them. These Logos appear on the web-site with the prior consent of the proprietors of the same.

Any claims which may be presented by the Users with relation to possible non-compliance with intellectual or industrial property rights, as well as those regarding any of the web site content, should be initially directed to the e-mail:  legal@actpr.com

 

V. Applicable Legislation and Jurisdiction

The resolution of any questions or disputes related to the present web-site or the activities carried out therein, will be according to the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the United States of America, to which the parties expressly agree to submit. All conflicts derived or related to the use of this web-site will be subject to the jurisdiction of the First Instance Court of San Juan and/or the United States Federal Court for the district of Puerto Rico and, applicable here, to the courts of arbitration to which to Provider is subject at the time of the dispute.
