Sept. 2007

IPSA, a leading Spanish business in technological image treatment R&D, continues its international expansion with the acquisition of ACT in Puerto Rico.  IPSA, a developer of software for the extraction of information contained in documents and conversations, has acquired 100% of the puertorican based Advanced Computer Technology (ACT), a leading system integration, training and processes outsourcing business in Puerto Rico.
