Our consulting services cover the following areas:

For the development of these areas, we evaluate all the technological options available in the market that can satisfy our customers. Our labor continues to assess, design implement and form our customers.

Our Department of Consulting Services counts with almost 60 technical specialists and full-time consultants with an average of more than 12 years of professional experience each one.

Our consultants along with our customer’s professionals, make plans, develop improvements and administer advanced technologies to improve our customer’s operational efficiency.  ACT’s team members keep up to date by investigating new products and technologies, reading professional publications, and continuing education and seminars in Puerto Rico and the continental United States.

We have carried out a series of projects in all the different aspects of our Consulting Department for a wide variety of our customers.  We have performed tasks that go from installation, conversion, fine-tuning, behavior analysis and education on operating systems to re-engineering information processing by using imaging solutions and process flow.

Additionally, we have offered assistance on the automation of operations, telecommunications, the installation and implementation of security related products, and data recovery amongst others.
