Training Steps

The training complies with the norms and principles of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) which contains the 9 knowledge areas and the five base processes of the development of a project.

1. Integration

Describes the processes and activities that make up the diverse elements of the management of projects which are identified, defined, combined, joined and coordinated inside the process of the project management.

2. Reach

Describes the necessary processes to ensure that the project includes all the required work and only the required work to complete the project successfully.

3. Time

Describes the processes related to the definition, sequence, estimate of activities, as well as the estimation of the length of these activities and the development of the itinerary for the project.

4. Quality

Describes the necessary processes to ensure that the project complies with the objectives, specifications and requirements for which it has been undertaken.

5. Cost

Describes the processes involved in the planning, estimation, budget and control of costs so that the project is completed within the approved budget.

6. Risk

Describes the processes related to the development in the administration of the risks in the project. The risks must be correctly identified and quantified, as well as the appropriate response mechanisms, in this area you will learn to identify, analyze and give response to the risks that threaten the course of the project.

7. Human Resources

Describes the process that organizes and directs the team of the project. The objective of this area is to learn how to use in the most efficient way the human resources that take part in the project. You will learn to create an organizational plan, hire new employees and develop teams.

8. Communication

Describes the processes related with the generation, distribution and storage of the information of the project.

9. Subcontracting (project acquisitions)

Describes the processes to buy or acquire products, services or results, as well as to contract management processes. You will learn to acquire goods and external services to the organization, as well as the correct planning of orders, providers and the management of contracts.

Processes

Through our system of training you will learn to manage the projects in 5 processes

1. Start

Defines and authorizes the project or a phase of the project.

2. Planning

Defines the objectives and plans the course of action required to accomplish the objectives and the reach of the project.

3. Execution

Integrates the people and other resources to carry out the administration of the project plan.

4. Follow up and Control

Measures and regularly supervises the advancement of the project with the ends of identifying the variations in respect to the administration plan of the project so that all the correct measures are taken when it is needed to fulfill the objectives of the project.

5. Closing

Formalizes the acceptance of the product, service or result and ends orderly the project or phase of the project.
