Fundamentals in Project Management

This course offers the basic structure to understanding the administration of a project through exercises using a case study to initiate and complete a project successfully. Your success as a Project Manager depends on the understanding of the key terms and a general view is given according to the PMBOK guide. Through discussion, facilitation and practical exercises, you can understand the environment in which projects are carried out.

Preparation for the PMP Certification

This course is developed to provide orientation on how to study for the PMP certification exam. You will receive a CD Rom with a simulated exam to familiarize yourself with the format of the real exam. It includes exercises, advice and tricks to increase your probability of passing the exam. All the instructors are certified PMPs with wide knowledge on project management.

Accordingly with the new version of the Project Management Body of Knowledge fourth edition. ACT develops the PMP courses calendars for the preparation of the PMP certification exam.
