ACT provides outsourcing services to its clients.  ACT's existing infrastructure provides on-line customer support and through the Help Desk. Highly trained bilingual professionals are available on a 24-hour basis for any type of assistance that may be required. The objective is to provide a quick response to user problems. In addition, ACT’s facilities may serve as a home base for our customer's own staff during development stages as well as during processing periods.
