Printing Mailing

ACT provides the Printing/Mailing service for the printing, management and delivery of customer’s mail production. The experience of ACT in this area ensures a service that offers total speed, security and confidentiality.

Printing/Mailing counts with the latest technology in hardware to offer its clients the best service in the production and delivery of its corporate documents with the utmost speed and security, including bills, commercial brochures, bank extracts, accounting documents and report,  amongst others.

Printing/Mailing is a versatile solution, designed to process large volume of documents, which will yield the following benefits:

The postal services include the following processes:

 

Transfer and/or reception of Data

ACT receives the data from the client through a telephone line, magnetic tape, CD or any other media commonly used in the industry.

 

Address Standardization

Following the regulations of the USPS (United States Postal Service) the addresses that are found in the data base are standardized and periodically maintained for updates.

Pre-electronic Draw

With the purpose of maximizing postal discounts for the processing of mail, ACT will carry out the draw by postal code, generating a report that will be delivered for each cycle.


Printing of large volumes

Using the latest technology, the different types of documents are printed out. The usual formats for the documents are: POSTSCRIPT, PCL, PDF, DOC1, TIFF, and Metacode.


Team and applications

ACT’s envelope stuffers have the capacity for various types of envelopes and an envelope stuffing capacity of 20,000 pieces per hour. Additionally, they have the capacity of reading bar codes or optical markings. Each envelope stuffer counts with diverse compartments to insert additional material.


Postage and delivery

ACT offers postage services and delivery of the correspondence.


Confidentiality

The areas designed for Printing/Mailing operate with strict access control. Customer information is strictly confidential and only authorized personnel have access to it.


Quality Control

ACT uses the manufacturers quality control program (MQCP) of the United States. This program specializes in the physical design of the mail, setting up the procedures established by the USPS and the administration of processing the mail. ACT also counts with certified experts by the United States Postal Service in the postal field, allowing us to manage the correspondence with the biggest experts on the market.


Documentation

ACT provides its customers with a monthly detailed report, in which the printed volumes, stuffed material and the posted mail are included.
